Who each fits
- Grassfed fits agents and teams on any CRM who want each of their own listings and sales announced by email the same day, priced per campaign.
- Nosy Neighbor fits BoldTrail users who want postcards plus email, and automatic nurture (market reports, property alerts) inside BoldTrail.
How they work
Nosy Neighbor. You reserve ZIP codes in the BoldTrail Marketplace. Nosy Neighbor uses the MLS data Inside Real Estate receives, plus public information, to find Active and recently Sold listings in those ZIPs. It mails postcards and sends emails to identified neighbors. Neighbors who request a home value estimate become BoldTrail contacts with a market report, property alert and Smart Campaign (https://help.insiderealestate.com/en/articles/5071554-marketplace-nosy-neighbor-overview).
Grassfed. Connect your MLS ID. Grassfed is an MLS-synced AI agent for Just Listed / Just Sold: it sees the listing address, pulls the nearest neighbors, validates, scrubs and normalizes the data, name-matches homeowners to emails, removes current MLS actives and anyone who moved in within the past 2 years, then builds the campaign and sends it in a human-like, sporadic way over 5 days to avoid spam. Your listing or sale triggers a short, plain-text 2-email sequence to the nearest homes; the first emails start within 6 hours. Emails go out on Grassfed's managed sending infrastructure, signed with your name and details, which protects your own domain and deliverability (warmed accounts, rotating senders, randomized timing). Replies reach your own inbox: every reply is pushed to you as a notification with the full reply text, and you can also see replies in the Grassfed portal. Follow up from your inbox or CRM. Grassfed's site states it follows CAN-SPAM (https://www.grsfd.ai/faq).
